Is our pleasure to announce that Radio Ondas will open two new offices in Northern Spain ( Bilbao and Santander ports) in February of 2018. Starting from February we´ll have a total of seven strategically placed technical offices being able to cover all our customer´s needs, from Southern France to Northern/Western African ports. Once again, we would like to thank to our customers for the trust they deposited in our company.

We are pleased to announce that we have received approval from International Naval Surveys Bureau (INSB),a Greek ship classification society and an impartial third party certification organization with 40 years of presence in global maritime domain. This enable us to attend vessels under this CS for surveys and testing of radio communication equipment, annual performance testing of VDR and inspection, performance testing and maintenance of AIS.

During week 23 our service engineers have assisted to first training for VDR & ECDIS of Totem Plus, manufacturer from Israel. In four days they have successfully completed training and they have received manufacturer´s training certificates which enable us to perform APT on Totem Plus VDR as well as reparations and all updates needed for ECDIS systems.

Since we were certified for Interschalt VDR and after training of our service engineers was completed in February of 2016 and we become their service partner for Spain, we´ve been continuously evaluated as per their service partner policy. On international level there is only one company that presented better results that ours here exposed in attached document and it was at very short distance. This certify once again our published results regarding first time fix rate and high quality of services provided by Radio Ondas, backed up by our experienced technical department, highly trained and with average of more than twenty years in business. We maintain our high quality service levels as in 2015; Global reached First time fix rate for all brands we represent is at 92.3% and particularly for Furuno we maintained 96% in 2016. These results are clear indicator of our professional level!
