\na Quality Management System, whose principles are established in the Management
\nSystem Manual, satisfying the requirements of the UNE-EN ISO 9001: 2015
\nstandard.<\/p>\n

CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

RADIO ONDAS must possess
\nthe technological, productive and financial solidity that allows it to develop
\nin its environment in accordance with the philosophy of Continuous Improvement.<\/p>\n

To do this, Quality
\nObjectives are established that help achieve this Continuous Improvement,
\nminimizing the risks on quality and taking advantage of potential
\nopportunities.<\/p>\n

CUSTOMER SERVICE<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

RADIO ONDAS is aware
\nthat customers are people who expect solutions to their needs.<\/p>\n

It is necessary to
\ncomply with the legal and quality requirements demanded by customers.<\/p>\n

RADIO ONDAS offers its
\nclients the ability and agility to respond to market needs, as well as adequate
\nprices.<\/p>\n
